A little, cute/interesting thing I learned that made me appreciate the proposal scene in the end of Fullmetal Alchemist…
My ASL (American Sign Language) teacher is from Japan and she was telling us a story about how her boyfriend at the time proposed to her and she explained that in Japan, proposals are a bit more subtle. Instead of straight up asking someone “Will you marry me?” the man asks a more trivial-seeming question that implies the two spending the rest of their lives together (example: Like “Would you make breakfast every morning for me” or something like that).
So after my teacher told us that story, I suddenly realized why Ed didn’t straight up ask Winry to marry him and instead came up with the whole “Equivalent Exchange” proposal and being given that insight made the scene even sweeter!
the kid on the right is blind.
(p.s. watch the whole short film here because its fucking adorable)

If you had to pick anyone that you enjoyed bouncing off of the most in The Avengers cast, who would you say it was?
Easily, without question, the most enjoyable is Robert Downey Jr. (x)
All I want to do is draw Bro being an awesome bro lately.
I can’t decide what I like most about this video…
- the fact that the guy in blue gloves is casually dancing while still carrying on his work
- how every guy who walks through knows that they need to do that move that’s said in the song while still walking.
- how they all look bewildered as to what the Charlie Brown is.
- and how into it the guy on the right is. BOOTY.
Everything about this video is amazing.
army men are perfect
